“I would love to share the name of a payroll company that I am now using. Payroll Maxx based in Nebraska. I was with another payroll company and was so frustrated with their lack of good customer service. And when the economy started to dive, I was looking for ways to save, without sacrificing my business needs. The other payroll company seemed steep in their monthly fees so I decided to try out Payroll Maxx.
I started with them in July (easy time to do a smooth changeover), and I couldn't be happier. Although I've never met my payroll specialist, I feel like I know her. Their rates are much better, I never wait more than half a day (most times it's within an hour) for a phone or email response and their reports are well designed and easy to read. You can easily check out the company's reputation as I did.
I HIGHLY recommend this company. I am no longer frustrated with the issues that seemed to arise with the other payroll company (constant turnover of reps, days before I'd receive a call back, high monthly fees).”

What a team, what a payroll company! I want to let you know how happy we all are that we switched to Payrollmaxx. There are a lot of payroll processors out there, but none like Payrollmaxx. The entire staff worked together and got our 1st payroll processed with ease, which is unheard of. I must tell you I tried many before Payrollmaxx and everyone was a nightmare. I really dreaded payday but I have to tell you, Payrollmaxx made the conversion very painless and I must say this is the first time ever that every employee was happy and no one is in my office all upset. It was a great payday, I would not have known it was payday. Many time companies are reluctant to switch because of all the work and errors, but NO ONE needs to have that fear with Payrollmaxx.
I am so glad that John LaFever kept in contact with me and really cared about us, no matter what the size of our company.
