The Payroll Maxx "Hands Free" 401(k) program is designed to streamline the time sensitive and confidential retirement funding and reporting process. Payroll Maxx can assist you with your critical 401(k) tasks. Each pay period Payroll Maxx will
- Calculate all 401(k) retirement employee deferrals, employer matches and employee loan payments.
- Create a data file and upload the data to your 401(k) investment center(s). See list below for currently supported companies.
- Transfer 401(k) funds from your account directly to the investment center(s).
- Report to you the amount(s) transferred each pay period.
The above process makes the entire 401(k) process completely hands free to you. With the Payroll Maxx “Hands Free” 401(k) program you can rest assured that your retirement funds will be transferred on-time, every time, and that you will receive an accurate report of the transaction each and every time.
