Can Payroll Maxx process payroll in all 50 States?
Yes, our services are perfect for companies nationwide in virtually every industry. We have tax experts who handle every taxing jurisdiction, whether it is local, city, state or federal.
How are checks delivered?
We offer many fast and affordable delivery options including: US Mail (standard, express, and priority,) Courier (for local deliveries), Next Day Air, Ground, or if you prefer, you can pick up your payroll at one of our regional offices. We can also send your direct deposit checks as a "Paperless Payroll" through our Virtual Mail Room option. You also have the option of printing your payroll directly in your office.
How do I contact you, and will I get a different Payroll Specialist each time I call?
We will give you the direct phone number of your own personal Payroll Specialist to contact with any questions.
Does Payroll Maxx process payroll for companies with offices in multiple states and or with multiple branches?
Yes! No matter how many states your company is located in, or the number of different locations you may have, we provide an easy, yet detailed solution which makes management of all your locations easy.
How quickly can I start utilizing Payroll Maxx as my payroll provider?
Immediately! Whether you're at the beginning of the year, or the middle of the quarter, we can get you started quickly. In most cases we can process your next payroll.

When do you deduct the fees from my account?
We deduct the fees directly from your account up to two business days before each payroll date, along with any amount which we are to deposit in employee accounts or withhold and remit to a third party.
Can you track and accrue paid time off amounts, such as vacation and sick leave?
Yes. We track, accrue and report Paid Time Off amounts including vacation and sick leave. Balances and paid amounts can also be printed on employee's pay stubs.
Are there any types of payroll that Payroll Maxx cannot or does not process?
We process ALL payrolls including: agricultural, employee tip income, earned income credit and non-cash compensations.
Do you offer electronic tax payments?
Yes and there is no additional fee for electronic payments.
Some companies charge a low base price then add hidden charges, do you?
No! Our pricing is upfront, simple and the majority of services are included in your basic fees.
What happens if I get a payroll tax assessment?
Payroll Maxx assumes responsibility for any payroll tax notice sent to you for any work that we performed.
Can I allow employees to access their payroll information on the Internet?
Yes, with Payroll Maxx your employees can easily view their payroll information including their last paycheck issued via the Internet by utilizing our secure Employee Self Service web site.
Is the Employee Self Service web site safe to use?
Absolutely! Employee Self Service or ESS uses both 128 bit encryption as well as industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) software to secure transactions over the Internet.
