Employee Self Service Resolution
There are many different versions of Internet Explorer and Adobe that exist today. There are some compatibility issues that exists with the use of the various combinations of these two products. We have developed a help document that you can pass on to your employees if they are experiencing any issues logging into ESS or viewing their pay stubs in ESS. Please note: we have found that if you utilize Firefox instead of Internet Explorer these issues do not exist. If you or your employees continue to have issues after reviewing our ESS Help document or using Firefox instead or Internet Explorer please feel free to contact your Payroll Specialist.

Note: If you are using Internet Explorer 9 today, please be sure that you have also updated Adobe to version 10.1. If you are using your business computer to login to ESS or WebClient, please consult your IT Department prior to upgrading to ensure that this change does not conflict with other areas of your business.
